I owned that house a lot longer than I wanted

I rented a place in Jacksonville, Florida for about three years.

I then talked to the owner about selling it to me.

I swung a deal and then the place was mine. I absolutely liked that little apartment. It was the perfect situation for a single girl. I lived on a dead end road with neighbors close by so I didn’t feel scared. I had a small yard but I didn’t absolutely use it. A single powder room, three home offices, an open floorplan of a residing room and living room was nice. It worked absolutely well for me until I got married. After that I decided to rent it out. I thought it would work out nice. Turns out I don’t have the right mind and bank account for a rental. I don’t see how anyone makes money from a rental property. You basically are dealing with calls and sinking more money into the place everyday. I realized quickly that I had to sell it. The couple renting it from me didn’t want it. So I tried listing it online. Nobody wanted to deal with a rental that currently had leaseholders. They wanted to buy it as a single family home. So I looked for a Florida house client that does money deals. A money house client didn’t care that I had a leaseholder occupied property. They genuinely were grateful for it. They take any place off your hands for a particular price. Since everything was in great condition and worked, I got a absolutely smoking deal. I am just glad to not be a proprietor.
